摘要
the republican constitution is an idea of the reason that was exemplified in the experience by the French Constitutions, which inspire the Kantian concepts of citizenship and representation. As the unified will of the people, as sovereign, cannot do injustices against anyone, so citizens must vote directly on laws when exercising legislative power, but it oscillates between the census vote of the 1791 Constitution and the universal male suffrage of the Constitution of 1793. Representation is expressed in the division of powers because the legislative power can be represented in the large peoples, in the separation of the executive from the legislative power and in the popular judgment through the jury.
