摘要
The Nicolson-Ross-Weir (NRW) method of electrical parameter extraction was used in the commented work. The tested material was the systems of vertically aligned carbon nanotube (VACNT). The authors of the commented work assumed that VACNT systems are anisotropic. The NRW electrical parameter extraction method does not provide good accuracy because it is suitable for isotropic media. Other extraction formulas must be used, as briefly explained.
