摘要
This paper presents an assessment of the accuracy of a deterministic channel model resulting from ray-tracing. The study involves comparing the channel impulse response obtained from ray-tracing with the channel impulse response derived from a measurement campaign conducted in the city of Braunschweig, Germany. The analysis primarily focuses on power delay profiles and channel gains in an urban scenario. The results demonstrate a high level of agreement between the simulation and measurement outcomes. This paper also investigates the impact of vehicle density on the V2V channel characteristics within the urban environment. The analysis reveals that surrounding vehicles are not negligible, they cause higher multi-path components in intersection, which should be taken into account.
