摘要
Digital offers in the health sector are viewed critically from many sides. Nevertheless, they offer increasing advantages. Exercise programs for alleviating back pain are already offered digitally in various forms. However, the bio-psychosocial approach in back pain therapy, including pain education, requires further measures. In the present randomized controlled study, a 5-week short training program was therefore supplemented by a digital pain education program. While the control group (n=50) received the exercise program, the intervention group (n=29) also took part in the training program. The results show a clear additional benefit of the supplemented pain knowledge. Pain intensity (p=0.036), pain regularity (p=0.050) and kinesiophobia (p=0.014) improved significantly more in the intervention group than in the control group. The results thus show positive additional effects of the digital training measure. The combination of the two digital therapy modules thus opens up new possibilities for standardized, evidence-based therapy on a biopsychosozial level.
