摘要:
Whispering gallery mode resonators were fabricated from a methylphenyl)fluorene) with a singlet fission material (1,3diphenylisobenzofuran). We found that the amplified spontaneous emission threshold (Ith) of the laser dye in air was higher than that in nitrogen. We ascribed the origin of the dependence of Ith on atmosphere to singlet fission of 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran, followed by triplet exciton quenching by oxygen.
