STRATEGY FOR THE COOPERATIVE TRAINING OF STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF PINAR DEL RÍO, CUBA

Cooperative companies do not have a sufficient workforce of a higher level and there is also a high potential with training needs, from the agricultural cooperative sector and from cooperatives created in various sectors of the economy, which have professional experience, but express training needs overcoming to fulfill your job assignment. The fore-going shows the need to maintain a systematic training in tune with the constant changes in the environment of related professionals, with the aim of being able to assimilate the new challenges, as well as transform reality to adapt it to the conditions of the territories. This research proposes a cooperative training strategy for undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Pinar del Rio, which allows the integration of the theory and practice of cooperatives based on the management of said companies. Among the most relevant results, the following stand out: the diagnosis of the cooperative training process at the University of Pinar del Rio and the design of a strategy that consists of seven specific strategic actions aimed at strengthening the process under study, depending on the management integral of the companies of the cooperative sector. For its development, the dialectical-materialist and historical methods constitute the general philosophical and methodological basis of this research, which allowed the combination of theoretical and empirical methods, as well as techniques and procedures.
