摘要
In this work, CoFe2O4 nanocubes were synthesized by a two-step method, and subsequently rGO was combined with CoFe2O4 nanocubes by ultrasonic method to fabricate an electrochemical sensor based on CoFe2O4/rGO composite nanomaterials. The electrocatalytic behavior of CoFe2O4/rGO composite nanomaterials for DA was investigated. Under optimal detection conditions, the sensor showed excellent performance for detecting DA, with a wide linear range (0.63-201.2 mu M), low detection limit (0.03 mu M) and good interference immunity. In actual sample serum, the detection has the recovery of 94.9 %-99.8 % and RSD values of 2.60 %-3.95 %.
