摘要
The power battery is the only source of power for battery electric vehicles, and the safety of the battery pack box structure provides an important guarantee for the safe driving of battery electric vehicles. The battery pack box structure shall be of good shock resistance, impact resistance, and durability. This paper uses the finite element model analysis method of the whole vehicle to verify the mechanical properties of the foamed aluminum material through experiments, and optimizes the design of the weak links in the structure of the power battery pack box, which effectively reduces themaximum deformation of the battery pack box and the maximum stress value, while reducing the weight of the battery pack box, thus meeting the requirements of lightweight design.
