摘要
Currently, financial instruments in the market do not provide sufficient opportunities for financing innovation activities through the inclusion of the created intellectual property in the turnover. This stipulates the need to develop a financial instrument that would solve the above-mentioned problem. The objective is to study the engineering of a financial instrument based on intellectual property to finance innovations. The research hypothesis is as follows: the innovation market, the market for exclusive rights to an intellectual property object, and the financial market can be connected through digital financial assets. Based on a dialectical approach and with the help of financial engineering, the authors have revealed that innovation activities can be sponsored using a digital financial asset as a link between the innovation, intellectual property, and financial markets. As a result, the research hypothesis has been confirmed. It has been proved that the proposed digital financial asset can be recognized as an instrument for financing innovation activities, especially noting that its issuance is based on intellectual property.
