摘要
Semiconductor-based biosensor is important for the digital healthcare technology which is changing a healthcare paradigm from the hospital to the personal area. By combining a digital-biosensor with a microfluidic technology and automated mobile diagnosis system, peoples can monitor their body conditions in real-time themselves and thus prevent serious illnesses. In this presentation, semiconductor-based biosensors, disposable microfluidic device, and automated systems of the National NanoFab Center are introduced.
