摘要
Wireless charging for automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) has gained increasing interest. One of the charging issue is misalignment tolerance. This brief proposes an AGV static wireless charging system with dual receiving coils to achieve the anti-offset characteristic. The two receiving coils are specially designed to be decoupled and have a smooth coupling coefficient variation along misalignment. They are connected to two diode rectifiers, which are paralleled on the DC side. The proposed WPT system will automatically choose the maximum coupling for power transfer. In this way, the misalignment-tolerant WPT system can be achieved. An experimental prototype is implemented to validate the proposal.
