摘要
The article sets and solves the scientific and practical task of identifying the resource potential of Russian non-profit organizations to implement the social expectations of migrant women who arrived from Tajikistan to Russia. The aim of the article is to identify the social expectations of migrants from Tajikistan from life in Russia and to find the resource potential of Russian non-profit organizations to implement their intentions. In particular, the authors planned: (1) to discover, describe and systematize the social expectations of Tajik migrant women from life in the Moscow metropolis; (2) to determine the degree of justification of the social expectations of Tajik migrant women; (3) to typify Russian non-profit organizations with the resource potential to implement social expectations of migrant women from Tajikistan; (4) to classify the types of resources of non-profit organizations that can potentially be used in working with migrants. The empirical basis of the study was the data of sociological surveys implemented in 2022 using questionnaire survey methods and semi-structured interviews with migrant workers from Tajikistan located in Moscow and the Moscow region. Results of the study: 1) a system of social expectations of Tajik migrant women from life in the Moscow metropolis was built (components depending on the sphere of life activity: socio-economic, professional and educational, leisure, health, sports, socio-psychological); 2) groups of migrant women with varying degrees of justification of social expectations from life in Russia (high, medium, low) were identified; 3) the types of Russian non-profit organizations with the resource potential to realize the social expectations of migrant women from Tajikistan (consulting and legal, educational, social and service, physical culture and sports, medical and social, cultural, charitable, voluntary) were identified; 4) the types of resources of non-profit organizations (informational, organizational, material, voluntary, socio-cultural) with the potential to realize the social expectations of Tajik migrant women were found.
