摘要
this article starts from Merleau-Ponty's approach of body as an ambiguous existence, which can & PRIME;t be reduced to a mere subject or a mere thing. This leads to explore the body from both perspectives. In the first place, the body is analyzed as an object product of the representations of cognitive capitalism and the pharmacopornographic system of power described by Paul Beatriz Preciado. In the Second place, the body is analyzed as a subject, as an element that enables political action, based on the reflections that Judith Butler and Jacques Ranciere around the vulnerable body and the aesthetic body, respectively. In this manner, it & PRIME;s found that although the body is traversed by the different power devices of contemporary capitalism, also in this is found the potential for resistance and emancipation against these mechanisms.
