摘要:
A random field based thermal-structural-electromagnetic (RF -TSE) coupling model is proposed to deal with the stochastic analysis of the Active Phased Array Antenna (APAA) performance considering material spatial uncertainty. Firstly, the spatial uncertainty of APAA material parameters is characterized by the random field model. Then, the material spatial uncertainty is embedded into the thermal-structural coupling analysis of APAA and the random displacement information of APAA units is calculated. To avoid supplemental analytical error of the APAA performance, the obtained deformation results are directly introduced into the antenna radiation pattern function without any additional assumptions. Finally, the stochastic spatial phase error caused by deformation is further calculated and utilized to obtain the statistical information of the APAA performance based on the power pattern function. The validity of the proposed RF -TSE model is fully investigated and the analytical results show that it can obtain very accurate statistical information of APAA electromagnetic (EM) performance and the computational efficiency can also be greatly improved compared with the Monte-Carlo simulation (MCS) approach.
