摘要
A proposal for the next-generation Internet called the metaverse is being created in order to create a completely immersive, very spatiotemporal, and self-sustaining virtual shared environment where people may interact, play, and work. The possibilities and opportunities in the metaverse have been the subject of several works. While it is pleasant to anticipate these possibilities, it is as vital to consider their benefits and drawbacks. Even if the metaverse isn't fully realized, several systems include elements that are similar to it. Currently, playing video games provides the most accessible metaverse experience. This study post aims to illustrate the security problems users will encounter as well as how cybersecurity will develop in the metaverse. Even if some of these problems are already present, others will take on new dimensions compared to the standard in cyberspace.
