摘要:
Public water systems should assess their compliance with regulatory requirements and be prepared for additional scrutiny from regulators. The US Environmental Protection Agency may apply pressure to include climate-related assessments in Section 1433 risk and resilience plans.Regulators have the authority to seek information from utilities and inspect facilities.Utilities operating in overburdened communities should be especially aware of regulatory requirements and be prepared for more inspections.
