摘要
The introduction of multiple energies and the electrification of equipment are coupling logistic systems (LS) and energy systems (ES) tightly together in seaports. This paper proposes an optimal coordinated operation strategy of LS and ES in seaport integrated energy systems (SIES) with the purpose of minimizing the sum of logistic operating and energy service costs. In the proposed cooperative framework, ships and quay cranes (QCs) are regarded as the load of ES, so that the berth allocation of ships and the QC assignment are determined under both logistic and energy operation constraints. The temporal-spatial shifting of logistical loads is achieved while meeting the logistic requirements, thereby the dock resources and multiple energies are both fully utilized. The proposed original nonlinear model is reformulated in a linear form and solved by the commercial solver. Numerical experiments show that the proposed method can effectively promote multiple energy integration and reduce carbon emission by utilizing the logistic flexibility. The total costs significantly reduce with a negligible impact on transportation efficiency.
