摘要
Programming follow-up A long-known technique of pacemaker stimulation is increasingly coming to the fore. Conduction System Pacing enables physiological stimulation of the heart and is used in the treatment of bradycardia as well as in cardiac resynchronization therapy. In addition to the special implantation technique, consistent follow up is also a challenge in the daily routine. The meticulous evaluation of the electrocardiogram during the threshold test is of central importance. It is essential that special attention be paid to exact documentation of the type of stimulation and the device configuration in order to prevent later, potentially dangerous ambiguities and misunderstandings.
