摘要：

Histologisch findet sich in uber 90 % der invasiven Mammakarzinome entweder eine duktale (NST, ,,no special type") oder eine lobulare Genese. Daruber hinaus existieren seltene Malignome der Brust, darunter Tumoren mesenchymaler, fibroepithelialer oder lymphatischer atiologie, und spezielle Karzinomarten. Diese heterogene Gruppe ist gekennzeichnet durch unterschiedliche klinische Erscheinungsformen und individuelle Biologie, die ein spezifisches, onkologisches Management erfordern. Vorgestellt werden die Besonderheiten der seltenen Malignome der Brust.
