摘要
This article aims to describe the difficulties and mechanisms for adopting a process of capturing and transferring tacit knowledge between projects. The method adopted is a systematic literature review. The articles used as references were extracted from the Scopus and Web of Science databases, totalling 102 articles. As a result, it was possible to identify factors that hinder and contribute to the capture and transfer of tacit knowledge in conducting projects, as well as to propose mechanisms that allow the knowledge management process to occur more successfully. As a contribution, this article also presents how informal spaces and socialisation are fundamental for the exchange of tacit knowledge between people involved in the projects.
