摘要
Bei Kindern und Jugendlichen mit diabetesassoziierten Autoantikorpern variiert der ubergang in einen Typ-1-Diabetes im Stadium 3 zeitlich erheblich. Zur Vermeidung von Ketoazidosen und dem bestmoglichen Erhalt der beta -Zell-Funktion werden Biomarker gesucht, die eine Progression anzeigen. Daten der TEDDY- und TrialNet-Studien identifizierten die relative Zunahme des HbA1c als signifikanten Pradiktor.
