摘要
Mixed-halide perovskites (MHPs) are popular in the development of both solar cells and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Photo/current-induced halide segregation (PIHS/ CIHS) disrupts original carrier dynamics, leading to carrier funneling into narrow-E-g domains, and deteriorates the functional devices. Instead of suppression, we here attempt to propose our viewpoints on prospective exploitation of this behavior.
