摘要：
Mistakes appear in every area of life. Analyzing these mistakes can yield valuable insights to prevent possible mistakes in the future. However, until now there is a lack of infrastructure for collecting these mistakes. In this paper, we present suggestions towards a conceptual model for storing human mistakes as digital objects. We argue, that these digital libraries need special infrastructure, to make the information useful not only for humans but for machines as well. To ensure the usability of such a library of mistakes, the mistakes themselves should follow the FAIR principles.
