摘要
This study aims to apply the surface wave transmission (SWT) method, which was previously used for concrete crack detection, to concrete crack monitoring. A U-shaped sensor array configuration with multi-input and multioutput properties is proposed. Based on the proposed sensor array, the scale of conventional SWT is extended from 1-D to 2-D, thus facilitating broad utilization in concrete crack monitoring. Furthermore, the feasibility of SWT in concrete crack monitoring is analyzed by investigating the influence of signals with different signal-tonoise ratios and heterogeneous concrete properties. 100 simulations are carried out for each influence factor to acquire quantitative analysis. The mean value of SETC is proven useful for crack recognition. The results of this study demonstrate the potential of the proposed sensor array in concrete crack monitoring. It is expected to be applied in practical engineering.
