摘要
Nowadays, network reconfiguration has been considered as a strategy in modern Distribution Systems (DSs) that aim to increase system availability and optimize its operation. However, the protection system should be prepared for the changes that might occur due to this strategy. Therefore, this paper proposes to determine groups of settings for Overcurrent Relays (OCRs) that cover the largest number of topological changes. For this, sets of topologies will be found and then groups of Pickup Current (PC) and Time Multiple Setting (TMS) will be created. The proposed methodology manages to reduce more than 70% of the amount of adjustment necessary to keep the system coordinated and selective considering the topologies changes.
