摘要
Titanium based implant materials are one of the most widely used biomaterials in clinical practice. However, the precise regulation of cell behavior on titanium implant surface remains a challenge. In this study, micropatterned nanowire film was fabricated on titanium surface for rational cellular behavior manipulation. The micropatterned nanowire film shows anisotropic water contact angle. Different microdomains of micropatterned nanowire film have different cellular affinities for osteoblasts. Finally, spatially specific osteoblast alignment is achieved on micropatterned nanowire films. This research will benefit cell function adjustment on titanium surface.
