摘要
In view of the voltage violation problem caused by the electric vehicle accessing to the distribution network, this paper proposes a two-stage optimal operation strategy of the distribution network considering the orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles. According to the change of the load curve of a distribution network, the membership function is used to divide the electricity price, and an orderly charging strategy for electric vehicles based on time-of-use electricity price is proposed; A two-stage optimization model of distribution network based on rolling optimization scheduling is established. In the first stage, the charging plan of electric vehicles is determined with the minimum charging cost of users as the optimization objective; Based on the results of the first stage optimization, the second stage optimization goal of minimizing the network loss of the distribution network is achieved by controlling the power of the intelligent soft switch. Aiming at the original nonlinear optimization problem, the optimization model is linearized by the piecewise linearization principle of circular and quadratic terms. The validity and feasibility of the model are verified by an example.
