摘要：

We use the theory of first-order differential subordination for meromorphic functions with fixed second coefficient to reform and improve some well-known results of this class of functions. Also, some applications in integral operators and sufficient condition for starlikeness of meromorphic functions with fixed second coefficient are investigated.
