摘要：

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in women, while ges-tational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is the most common metabolic disorder during pregnancy, PCOS patients have a higher risk of developing diabetes after pregnancy. For the treatment of PCOS combined with GDM, the novel peptides were designed in this research. The inhibitory activity of the novel peptides were evaluated with ELISA and real time RT-PCR assay.
