摘要
The construction of heterojunction is one of the most effective ways to improve the activity of photocatalysts, while in-situ synthesis technology can provide the most intimate interfacial contact during the preparation of heterojunction. Heterojunction photocatalysts prepared by in-situ synthesis have shown excellent performance in solar energy conversion and environmental purification. The convenient preparation process is also suitable for large-scale production. In this review, we summarize the common synthesis methods and characterization techniques for the in-situ synthesis of heterojunctions, and list the applications of these catalysts in the photocatalytic field. Finally, we discuss the limitations of the current research on in-situ synthesis and look forward to its great prospects.
