摘要
Computer simulations are used to calculate the energy spectra and angular distributions of reflected particles under bombardment of the surface of tungsten by hydrogen and deuterium atoms with energies of 0.1-10 keV. A model is proposed; it qualitatively explains the main regularities in the behavior of the spectra. The similarity between the energy spectra obtained under bombardment by hydrogen and deuterium atoms at the same collision velocities are established. The angular distribution of reflected particles is universal in a wide range of initial energies of the bombarding atoms.
