Qualitative tools and ICTs in university teaching: an experience from Social Sciences

摘要
The following research is part of a teaching innovation project developed at the Pablo de Olavide University, with a sample of students from the Degree in Social Work (n=110) and Double Degree in Sociology and Social Work (n=52). Which consisted of the analysis of the life history and the development of the biographical or semi -structured interview applying them to ICTs. Having as main objective to examine the potential of these techniques through ICTs for conceptual teaching in Social Sciences. To do this, we apply an ad -hoc satisfaction post-test with open questions and a Linkert scale. Giving as main conclusions the satisfaction of the students regarding the use of the life story and interview as a didactic resource, as well as a satisfactory acquisition of sociological skills and knowledge, such as critical thinking, connections at the micro / macro level and the interaction between structure and agency, among others.
