摘要
We designed a novel ratiometric fluorescence immunoassay based on bioorthogonal nanozymes for carcinoembryonic antigen detection. The analytical performance of our designed immunoassay showed a wide linear range, a low detection limit, good reproducibility, selectivity and stability. Thus, bioorthogonal nanozymes hold great potential applications in clinical diagnoses. We designed a novel ratiometric fluorescence immunoassay based on bioorthogonal nanozymes for carcinoembryonic antigen detection.
