摘要
This article determines what has been the social housing policy that has been developed for the displaced population in Colombia and how it is related to the residential segregation of this type of housing in Ibague, between 2004 and 2019. Using the hermeneutical method, analyzes the laws and decrees that have been the basis of the social housing policy for the displaced population and to determine if this regulation generates socio -spatial segregation of this type of housing, the real estate projects built in Ibague are geolocated and this information is crossed with territorial arrangement plan of the city for 2000 and 2014. Among the main results is that the location of social housing promotes residential segregation of the city, that is, the vulnerable population acquires a roof that in terms of its built area is small , which changes the habitat dynamics of those who came from their cities of origin.
