摘要
RNA-protein complexes are crucial biomolecules in living organisms. The determination of their tertiary structure is helpful for understanding the cellular activity processes and RNA-related diseases. However, the experimental determination of the RNA-protein structure consumes a considerable amount of time and financial resources, while its high-resolution determination remains a complex problem. Therefore, the prediction of the RNA-protein structure is considered a challenging research topic in soft matter physics and biophysics. In this paper, we first review the research progress and challenges in predicting an RNA-protein structure. Then, we list and discuss methods to optimize the complex structure sampling and evaluation to improve the prediction.
