Study of exposure to whole-body vibration in machine operators in an Algerian workroads, hydraulics and buildings company

摘要
This study was about the valuation of the exposure level to mechanical vibrations, transmitted to the whole body, and its impact on operators machines' osteoarticular and neuromuscular shape in an Algerian compay. To achieve that, evaluating vibration's level tools wererequired: identification grids of vibration risk according to the model of Quebec RSPSAT groupe, the INRS OSEV 2017 calculator and a medical quiz validated by INRS ''global vibration of thebody, initial results, Self-Administered quiz''. The essessment of vibration levels has found anexceedance of the limits of the regulatory action value (0.5 m/s2) in all machines. The epidemiological study found a high frequency of MSDs dominated by back and neck pain in machineoperators. Moreover, correlations between seniority at the workstation, the type of machinedriven, the hourly volume had a strong link with some MSDs.
