摘要
In the present paper, Mn/UiO-66 material was synthesized by hydrothermal process. The obtained material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) with mapping and nitrogen adsorption/desorption techniques. The doped manganese was shown to highly disperse and might be grafted into the lattice of UiO-66. A simple, fast, and inexpensive differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) method were developed using Mn/UiO-66 as an electrode modifier for the simultaneous determination of acetaminophen (ACE) and codeine (CDE) in pharmaceutical formulations. The experimental parameters, which might affect the peak currents of ACE and CDE, such as the pH of the solution, accumulation time, and scan rate, were optimized. Under optimal conditions, this technique provided low limits of detection for the quantification of ACE and CDE, of 0.45 and 0.31 & mu;M, respectively. The proposed DPV method was successfully applied to simultaneously determine ACE and CDE in samples of three pharmaceutical formulation with acceptable recoveries. Clearly, the proposed method might be an alternative option for the simultaneous determination of ACE and CDE.
