摘要
The therapeutic armamentarium for the management of Crohn's disease (CD) is rapidly expanding. Sev-eral biologic therapies (e.g. infliximab, adalimumab, vedolizumab, and ustekinumab) have been regulatory approved, and there is considerable practice variability in the treatment of patients with CD. This technical review systematically searched and identified the current evidence, synthesized it using meta-analytic methodology, appraised its quality, and concisely presented it, thus forming the basis for developing clinical practice recommendations on the use of biologic treatments in adult patients with CD.
