摘要
This study contributes in-depth knowledge of the circular supply chain and total resource management and highlights the primary circularity incentives and construction of circular resource management in the supply chain, especially in the context of the textile industry in Indonesia. Indonesia is the textile manufacturers and exporters of textiles and clothing worldwide; however, the implementation of circularity principles still encounters difficulties under uncertainties to achieve an effective circular supply chain. The objective is to obtain the causal interrelationships among the attributes in the circular supply chain and total resource management and to identify those that are to obtain better performance. The fuzzy Delphi method and the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory are employed. The results show that the valid theoretical framework consists of 20 criteria and seven aspects. The aspects identified are managerial strategies, environmental embellishment, and digital infrastructure. The practical criteria are including as follows (1) top management support, commitment, and clear vision, (2) eco-product and service design, (3) governmental rules and legislation for circular supply chains, (4) the adoption of new technology, and (5) the allocation of separate funds. The criteria provide practical directions for Indonesian textile firms and to strengthen their total resource utilization, thus improving circular supply chain performance.
