摘要
The article studies the influence of the temperature field on the formation of foamed silicate materials based on different wastes, such as glass cullet and ash-slag waste. Calculations of the batch composition for the production of foamed materials were carried out. The samples were synthesized, and their physical properties were studied. It was discovered that the processes during heat treatment of porous silicate materials can be divided into two qualitatively different stages: a low-temperature heating until sintering and a high-temperature heating from sintering to melting. The effect of temperature field distribution on the dynamics of porous structure formation was described. The dependence of viscosity on temperature for different types of waste was studied. The temperatures at which the porous structure is formed were determined. The influence of foaming agent on foaming intensity was discussed. Practical conclusions on adjusting a temperature and raw materials' composition to obtain a uniform porous structure were made.
