摘要
In this study, CoCrFeNiMo0.2 high entropy alloy (HEA) was successfully prepared by laser-powder bed fusion (LPBF). The superior mechanical properties were achieved in the as-printed sample, with the yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, and fracture elongation determined as 776 MPa, 929 MPa and 37.4%, respectively. The as-printed sample exhibits a single-phase face-centered-cubic (FCC) structure without precipitating out a second phase. The microstructural feature of epitaxial columnar grain growth with <001> texture in the as-printed sample can be observed. And the strengthening mechanism of the as-printed sample was also carefully studied. Moreover, the corrosion resistance of the as-printed sample in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution is better than 316L and 304 stainless steel.
