摘要：
We report a case of Guillain-Barre syndrome associated with hepatitis E virus infection. The current case-report demonstrates diagnostic challenge to identify GBS case in a limited-resources country like Sudan. However, HEV infection should be highly suspected in patients with neurological manifestation with high liver enzymes.
