摘要
The solid particle erosion effects on AlxCoCrFeNiSi high-entropy alloy coatings (HEAcs) prepared by laser cladding under different erosion conditions were investigated. Furthermore, the transformation of the micro-structure and properties of the prepared HEAcs under high-temperature conditions and the effect of oxidation on erosion behavior were analyzed. The results show that the hardest Al1.0 HEAc (711 HV0.2) presents typical brittle erosion characteristics, as fracture toughness deteriorates with increasing Al content. When the erosion tem-perature reaches 700 degrees C, the erosion rate decreases due to precipitation enhancement and oxidation affecting the erosion behavior.
