摘要
Oxygen vacancies in CeO2 play a key role in the catalytic process, yet how surface oxygen vacancies behave hasnit been explored thoroughly. In this issue of Chem Catalysis, Li and co-workers report the dynamic behavior of oxygen vacancies at the atomic level and propose reaction mechanisms involving surface oxygen vacancies.
