摘要
"I would like to challenge you with ibuprofen and if you have no reaction, I will remove the label of "Allergy to NSAIDS." You may take aspirin, ibuprofen, and other drugs needed for arthritis. Protocols for skin testing and challenges leading to drug delabeling of mastocytosis patients are needed.Although some patients with mastocytosis need protection when exposed to NSAIDs, opioids, vaccines, antibiotics, and RCM, better diagnostic tools are needed to assess the populations at risk. Personalized diagnosis should be provided to patients aimed at labeling and delabeling drugs allergies. Patients with mastocytosis should be evaluated for tolerance to drugs before acute situations, particularly children and pregnant women.New therapies such as tyrosine kinase inhibitors hope to address the number and activation of mast cells and are currently in clinical trials. Whether such medications would improve tolerance of drugs-inducing reactions will need to be addressed.
