摘要
Polyethyleneimine (PEI) functionalized reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was fabricated using PEI as the reducing agent of graphene oxide (GO), and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. A sensitive electrochemical sensor was constructed based on rGO/PEI hybrid modified glassy carbon electrode (rGO/PEI/GCE) for the determination of tectoridin (TEC). The redox character of TEC at the proposed sensor was studied, and some electrochemical parameters were discussed. The electroanalytical method for the detection of TEC was established by cyclic voltammetry. Under optimized conditions, this proposed sensor showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5.0 x 10(-7)-1.0 x 10(-5) mol/L. The recovery of TEC was 94.0-105.0%, which indicated that the accuracy of the proposed method was reliable. This sensor could be applied successfully to determine TEC in the Chinese medicinal herb Belamcanda chinensis and Flos Puerariae with satisfactory results.
