摘要
In Si-killed spring steel SAE9254 bloom, an increase in secondary dendrite arm spacing corresponded with a larger size of secondary oxide inclusions, while the maximum diameter of secondary inclusions near the bloom surface was less than 3 mu m. The presence of CaO was still detectable in the majority of secondary inclusions. Secondary inclusions located at the eutectic zone of tridymite, anorthite, and mullite showed homogeneous glassy morphology and were frequently accompanied by MnS phase precipitation.
