摘要：

The publication is devoted to the study of assistance to refugees in Russia during the First World War. The author considers the activities of the Committee of Her Imperial Highness Grand Duchess Tatyana Nikolaevna for providing assistance to victims of military disasters as a special charitable organization under the auspices of the imperial family. The article examines the reasons for the formation of the committee as a charitable public organization, directions, forms and methods of helping refugees. The nature of the relationship between the Tatyana Committee and public organizations, the coordination of the activities of the state and society in organizing assistance to refugees is being studied.
