摘要
In the existing research on the economic dispatch of virtual power plants, there is little consideration of the cost of electricity on the user side, and in order to ensure its own benefits when interacting with the power grid, there will also be cases where the demand for peak-shaving and valley-filling on the power grid side is ignored. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a new virtual power plant operation mode. Considering the advantages of shared energy storage such as good flexibility, good economic benefits, convenience for multi-party dispatching and the potential of residents' demand-side response, a shared storage system with power grid, virtual power plant and users is established, and a multi-objective optimal dispatch model with users' electricity costs and benefits of virtual power plant is constructed, the weight coefficient method is used to transform the multi-objective into a single-objective optimization problem, and proposes a new benefit distribution mechanism to minimize the user's electricity cost while benefiting from the virtual power plant. Using the IBM solver Cplex to solve the problem, the simulation results show that the virtual power plant operation mode in which users participate in dispatching through shared energy storage can achieve a win-win situation for the energy supply side, energy transmission side, and energy consumption side, which is conducive to promoting the diversified development of energy storage and optimizing the structure of electric energy usage is instructive.
