摘要
Nanoporesensing technology is an emerging analysis method withthe advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, fast outputand being label free, and it is widely used in protein analysis, genesequencing, biomarker detection, and other fields. The confined spaceof the nanopore provides a place for dynamic interactions and chemicalreactions between substances. The use of nanopore sensing technologyto track these processes in real time is helpful to understand theinteraction/reaction mechanism at the single-molecule level. Accordingto nanopore materials, we summarize the development of biologicalnanopores and solid-state nanopores/nanochannels in the stochasticsensing of dynamic interactions and chemical reactions. The goal ofthis paper is to stimulate the interest of researchers and promotethe development of this field.
